    Green Bay Metro is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist with planning, coordinating and managing the transit operations. Operations Supervisors supervise dispatchers and bus operators, monitor the on-street performance of all buses, assist with changes to bus routes and schedules, and conduct training.

    Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management or a related field highly desirable.
    • 1-3 years closely related experience in public administration, transportation, business management, etc. 
    • Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record. A Class B CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain within 6-months. 

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday. Shift rotates on a monthly basis; 5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.; 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Every third week, a Monday is scheduled off and a Saturday is worked. Plus additional hours as required including various times for Packer game day routes.

    Hiring Range: $59,300-$61,027

    The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) is currently seeking to fill a Director of Finance position due to an upcoming retirement. The DTA is an award-winning transit agency that provides safe, convenient, and affordable public transit service (fixed route and paratransit) within the Twin Ports of Duluth, MN and Superior, WI and its surrounding areas. We transport just under 3 million passengers annually by way of our 75+ bus fleet and we employ approximately 160 team members.     We are looking for a proven leader who possesses an abundance of relevant senior financial management and transit/public sector industry budgeting knowledge and experience.     The Director of Finance plays a critical role in ensuring the continued fiscal health of the DTA, reports directly to the General Manager, and works closely with all senior leadership team members. Minimum qualifications include: bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years senior financial management and relevant staff supervision experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA certification and/or masters degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
